Legend of the Lavender

Garden of Eden is the place where the first man, Adam and his wife, Eve lived after they were created by the God.
There is a legend that lavender lost its scent when it was removed from the Garden of Eden. One day Mary placed the clothing of baby Jesus over a lavender bush to dry. When she removed the clothes they were filled with a wonderful aroma. The lavender regained its scent after it was filled with the Holy Spirit.
